Shipping Information and charges
Providing we have received cleared funds, orders received before 11.00 am are normally despatched the same day, orders received after 11.00 am are posted normally the following working day, Monday to Friday.
If you are paying by cheque, please allow time for your cheque to arrive by post, and for your funds to clear through your bank.

If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order in full within the above quoted time we will notify you by E mail. If we are unable to despatch within 7 working days, then if you request it, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund. Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used to pay us: credit card payments will be reimbursed to your account; or Pay Pal to your Pay Pal account. Payments by cheque, postal order or money order will be refunded by cheque.

Delivery Charges
UK - We post all goods within the UK by Royal Mail Second Class Post. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 per package for orders under £20. All orders £20 and over are sent post free. This will be calculated at your final check out screen.
EU - We post all goods within the EU by Royal Mail Airmail Post. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 per package for any size of order. This will be calculated at your final check out screen.
Rest of World - We post all goods to the rest of the world by Royal Mail Airmail. Postage and packing is charged according to weight. This will be calculated at your final check out screen. For larger orders not covered in the weight table please contact us for a shipping cost.
