Omega 3 is a class of polyunsaturated fatty acid found in the fat of fish. These differ from the fatty acids found in vegetable oils called Omega 6, and have different effects on the body. The two most abundant forms of Omega 3 are found in cold-water fish such as Salmon,Trout, Mackerel, and Tuna.
