Multi Fibre + is a food Supplement containing oat bran, linseed meal, rice bran, and Psyllium Husk.

Getting the right amount of fibre in your diet is well recognised as important in maintaining a healthy colon. One 30 g serving of Multi Fibre + supplies you with 30% of daily dietary requirements.

Each serving contains a blend of 100% natural oat bran, linseed meal, rice and Psyllium Husk. Multi Fibre + is also rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acids, and also contains Fructose- Oligosaccharides as a Prebiotic to help nourish a healthy gut flora.

Amount per 30 g serving:
Oat Bran 10.5 g, Linseed Meal 6g, Rice Bran 6g, Psyllium
Husk 2.4 g, Prebiotic (Fructo-Oligosaccharides), Carob
Powder 1.8 g, Slippery Elm Bark 1.2 g. Contains Gluten.

Directions for use:
