About Us
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Stan Richardson and over the past fifty years I have been involved in both mainstream and complimentary health care. During many years in private practice I became more and more disillusioned at the quality of some supplements which were being sold on the high street. After retirement I became progressively interested in supplementation and its needs in our modern society. I eventually decided to put together a range of supplements; vitamins,minerals and herbs, and I am now proud to present this catalogue.
All our products are produced from the finest ingredients, and wherever possible there are no added artificial preservatives, colours, flavours, yeast, gluten, starch, lactose, sugar or salt. Each product description is marked with these details. Where possible products are marked suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
The above substances may be present naturally in some products and anyone with specific allergies should check the ingredients carefully, for instance with shell fish etc. Warnings are included where there are precautions needed in certain circumstances, in pregnancy for example. It is advisable that anyone with serious allergies or known medical conditions should consult their GP. before taking supplements if they have any uncertainty.
In the following pages there is a short description of the role of the various vitamins and minerals and a guide to safe limits for supplementation.
At the back of the catalogue there is an alphabetical list of various conditions and ailments and a list of possible supplements to consider and select from. Consult the more detailed description for each product to make your final decision based on your own situation.The information on each product is not exhaustive, we have described the major benefits, but much is published on all the substances if you wish to do further study.
In today's society we are finding more and more people are suffering from allergies and other auto-immune problems. Steroid Asthma sprays are becoming almost the norm for thousands of children in classrooms across the country. Candida Albicans, Thrush, ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, skin problems, weight problems, bladder and kidney infections, male prostate problems, migraines, headaches, eye conditions are becoming ever more prevalent.

Most products are packed in convenient sizes for an average month's supply under normal use. Sizes are listed on the product page and on the price list.
